Quick issue resolution

Been ordering from them since 2014 and didn't have any trouble but for one of my recent orders I didn't get a shipping email when the fulfillment email was sent. Sent an email and got a return call from Brian. He resolved the issue right there and then. Quality of the product is great that's why I'm giving them away as Christmas presents.
